Our Certification and Recognitions
ISO 9001:2015 - Quality Management
Flash Business Unit applies a certified Quality Management System to ensure consistent service quality, customer satisfaction and regulatory compliance.
ISO 14001:2015 - Environmental Management
Redspher has implemented a certified Environmental Management System designed to reduce environmental impact and support continuous improvement. The certification currently covers 4 sites: Filderstadt (Germany), Lille (France), Maastricht (the Netherlands), and Nancy (France).
ISO 45001:2018 - Health and Safety
Our Lille and Nancy sites are ISO 45001 certified, reflecting our commitment to workplace safety, employee wellbeing and risk prevention.
GDP - Pharmaceutical supply chain quality
Speed Pack, a Flash by Redspher product, operates in compliance with Good Distribution Practice (GDP) standards, ensuring the integrity and safety of pharmaceutical products throughout the supply chain.
ISO/IEC 27001:2022 - Information security
Easy4Pro is ISO/IEC 27001 certified, demonstrating a structured and continuous approach to information security, risk management and data protection.
TISAX label level 2 - Automotive Data Security
The TISAX label (Level 2) obtained by the Easy4Pro platform, together with our sites in Filderstadt, Fürth, Erkrath, and Wuppertal (Germany), reflects our strong commitment to information security and the protection of sensitive data in accordance with the automotive industry’s requirements.
EcoVadis - Sustainability performance
EcoVadis is one of the world’s leading providers of business sustainability ratings, assessing companies on environmental, social, and ethical performance.
Redspher has been awarded an EcoVadis Silver Medal, placing the Group among the top 15% of assessed companies for sustainability performance.
SBTi - Climate action
Redspher’s near-term science-based targets were approved by the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi) in 2025. These targets reflect our commitment to reducing greenhouse gas emissions across our direct operations and value chain.
- Scope 1 & 2: Redspher commits to reduce absolute scope 1 and 2 GHG emissions by 54.6% by 2033 from a 2023 base year.
- Scope 3: Redspher commits to reduce well-to-wheel absolute scope 3 GHG emissions from upstream transportation and distribution covering light commercial vehicles 37.2% per tkm by 2033 from a 2023 base year.
Lean & Green - CO₂ reduction in transport
Redspher was awarded the 2nd and 3rd Lean & Green stars in 2020 in recognition of
a reduction of approximately 35.4% in road transportation CO₂ emissions between 2017 and 2019.

Since 2016, Redspher has supported the 10 Principles of the United Nations Global Compact, the world’s largest corporate sustainability initiative. Through this commitment, we promote high standards in human rights, labour, environment, and anti-corruption.

The Redspher Employee Code of Conduct sets out the principles that guide ethics, business practices and daily decision-making across the Group.
Redspher Supplier Code of Conduct
The Redspher Supplier Code of Conduct promotes responsible behaviour among Redspher’s suppliers and their employees. It defines the minimum standards we expect from partners across our value chain in terms of ethics, responsibility and compliance.
