Job Responsibilities

The HR Associate is in charge of the day-to-day HR tasks for the scope defined which is currently the Netherlands (40%) and Germany (60%). The HR Associate is responsible for the administration, preparation of the payroll and Employee Relations of the defined scope and ensures the conformity with the current social regulations.As part of the global HR team, the HR Associate participates actively on HR projects of the Redspher Group. The HR Associate is expected to bring a continuous contribution to improve operational HR management and will report to one of the HR Business Partners.

Your Challenge

  • Provide dedicated support to our HR Business Partners in supporting and advising the employees and managers of your scope;
  • Timely preparation of the payroll elements for your scope (payroll is outsourced);
  • Close collaboration with our payroll providers and intermediaries;
  • Preparation of all HR-related documents, entry and exit formalities as well as personal and contractual changes throughout the employment period;
  • Personnel administration and absence management in our HRIS;
  • (Digital) Personnel file management (creating, maintaining, closing and archiving);
  • Support in global HR projects and active participation in the continuous optimisation, harmonization and standardization of our HR Operations processes.

Competencies

Your Profile

  • Preferably knowledge of the Dutch and German labor law
  • Language (oral and written): fluent in English and German, any other language is welcome
  • Good working knowledge of Office (Excel/Word)
  • Accurate, well-organized and good time-management skills
  • A strong understanding of HR Information Systems (SAP SuccessFactors) and processes
  • Used to work or willing to work in a decentralized team

Skills

Education & experience

  • Higher vocational (MBO, level 4) studies or Bachelor level preferably in HRM, Legal, Administration or equivalent
  • Ideally 1-2 years of experience in HR and/or payroll
