Job Responsibilities

  • Handling orders from clients
  • Organizing shipments from A-Z
  • Service follow-up by indicating possible anomalies that may occur during the transport and find the best way to solve or limit the consequences
  • Develop and maintain long term customer relationships by proactively managing customer expectations
  • Coordination and exchange of information with other departments of the company – in English
  • Administration of executed orders
  • Cooperation with internal and external clients

Competencies

  • Pronounced communication and social skills
  • Knowledge of English is required
  • Any other language is an advantage
  • Good negotiation and commercial skills
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Willing to work in shifts

Skills

  • Higher education
  • Ability to work within a fast paced, sometimes pressurized environment
  • Knowledge of transport market will be a plus
