Easy2go was founded in 2016 in the Redspher Group.

Easy2go is a last mile delivery company. We are specialized in the delivery of heavy and bulky goods. We work with the main retailers and E-retailers.

Our main markets are DIY, gardening, furniture and electronics. Our perimeter is France.

Objectives:

  • Industrialize retail operations management.
  • Digitize processes, particularly in the management of customer orders and carrier purchases.
  • Respect of the E2G quality SLA (Customer satisfaction rate, NPS and Compliance rate
  • Setup an organization in potentially new countries in Europe


Responsibilities:

The Operations Manager will provide leadership and organization vision for operations of E2G and has overall responsibility for managing the operations. You are responsible for effective planning, delegating, coordinating, staffing, organizing and decision making to attain the desired results. In this role you will report to the Director Retail.

 

  • Overseeing daily business operations,  managing and coaching the team
  • Develop, manage (cascade) and communicate effectively strategic business goals towards teams to ensure alignment and clear understanding;
  • Analyze internal operations and identify areas of process enhancement
  • Training managers and advising staff
  • Creating and following budgets
  • Improving gross margin and gross margin rate
  • Attracting new talent
  • Evaluating performance and productivity of the E2G-team
  • Controlling and analyzing the P&L
  • Generating reports and give presentation

Competencies

 

  • Degree in Business Management or a masters in Business Administration
  • Good knowledge of different operating systems
  • Strong work ethic and a proactive nature
  • Computer literate & a tech mindset
  • Fluent in English

 

Skills

  • Strong experience in e-commerce or retail operations
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
  • Strong leadership skills and able to work independently
  • Entrepreneurial mindset
  • Highly organized and a meticulous attention to detail
