Job Responsibilities

  • Follow up the carrier or team requests via our ticketing system
  • Process and manage level 1 tickets and apply the company workflows to assign the others ticket in order to give full satisfaction to our carriers
  • Provide training and support to carriers regarding Rubiwin usage when necessary
  • Check & validate all carrier documents regarding compliance
  • Upload documents for carriers when needed
  • Edit and set up the contract drafts for the recruitment teams
  • Collaborate with the whole Rubiwin team with a continuous improvement approach
  • Support the invoicing process of the company
  • You report to the Rubiwin Implementation Manager

Skills

  • Experience in the field of transportation is a plus

Condition of employment

  • Higher vocational education level
  • Language skills both verbal and writing in English, French and Polish or Romanian 
  • Willing to work in shifts 07:00-20:00 hours.
