We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager / senior Corporate Recruiter to help our company with the full cycle recruitment support for all our European offices, in line with local HR and business strategy.

The position reports to the Chief Human Resources Officer and will be located in our office in Maastricht.

Job Responsibilities

The position of Talent Acquisition Manager plays a critical role in ensuring a sustainable growth of the Group in order to achieve the ambitious goals of our strategic business plan. You will create strong talent pipelines for our company’s current and future hiring needs in a fast-growing company in the digital and logistics area. The Talent Acquisition Manager will ensure that initiatives under the position’s area of responsibility are successfully executed, agile, and responsive to change.

Your Mission

  • Develop talent acquisition full-cycle recruitment strategy and hiring plans;
  • Coordinate with hiring managers and regional HR Business Partners to identify staffing needs;
  • Support hiring managers in defining and selecting the best sourcing channels;
  • Define, streamline and make evolve the hiring process;
  • Lead employment branding initiatives (job boards);
  • Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements;
  • Plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes (determining selection criteria, conducting interviews, assertive feedback, language tests, reference controls, screening calls…);
  • Identify and ensure strong recruitment partners (recruitment agency mapping, contract negotiation all over Europe);
  • Take steps to ensure positive candidate experience
  • Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates;
  • Assist in employee retention and development (mobility interviews…);
  • Use metrics to create reports and identify areas of improvement;
  • Validation and follow up of Group Referral program;
  • Spearhead and guide the career development of a junior Corporate Recruiter.

  • Comfort with ambiguity and willingness to work with a high degree of freedom;
  • Being an ‘entrepreneur’ in your own position;
  • Excellent negotiation skills.


Your skills:

  • 6+ years of relevant experience, preferably in a digital/tech environment;
  • Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist;
  • Experience working directly with business stakeholders and Executive Committee;
  • Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods;
  • Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks (Xing, LinkedIn, Glassdoor…);
  • A keen understanding of the differences between various roles and profiles within organizations;
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken. French and/or German is highly appreciated!

Condition of employment

A Bachelor or Master degree as well as fluency in the English language is needed!
