The Operations Manager will provide leadership and organization vision for operations of E2G and has overall responsibility for managing the operations. You are responsible for effective planning, delegating, coordinating, staffing, organizing and decision making to attain the desired results. In this role you will report to the Director Retail.
- Overseeing daily business operations, managing and coaching the team
- Develop, manage (cascade) and communicate effectively strategic business goals towards teams to ensure alignment and clear understanding;
- Analyze internal operations and identify areas of process enhancement
- Training managers and advising staff
- Creating and following budgets
- Improving gross margin and gross margin rate
- Attracting new talent
- Evaluating performance and productivity of the E2G-team
- Controlling and analyzing the P&L
- Generating reports and give presentation
