You will be a member of our HR Team, supporting the achievement of one of our objectives: providing accurate HR data to support the management in decision-making.
Your main assignment would be to assist us in the deployment of one of the modules of Human Resource Management System (HRIS) in building a Job Framework and a Skills matix. Next to your main assignment you will be able to work alongside with HR colleagues and gain insights in various HR topics and ongoing activities.
Your Responsibilities:
- Assist in the implementation of new modules in our HR Management System;
- Support with creating an inventory of skills, competencies, responsibilities and job descriptions in cooperation with various stakeholders;
- Updating the HR system with accurate data;
- Identify communication and change management needs and create communication materials.
