You will be a member of our HR Team, supporting the achievement of one of our objectives: providing accurate HR data to support the management in decision-making.

Your main assignment would be to assist us in the deployment of one of the modules of Human Resource Management System (HRIS) in building a Job Framework and a Skills matix. Next to your main assignment you will be able to work alongside with HR colleagues and gain insights in various HR topics and ongoing activities.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the implementation of new modules in our HR Management System;
  • Support with creating an inventory of skills, competencies, responsibilities and job descriptions in cooperation with various stakeholders;
  • Updating the HR system with accurate data;
  • Identify communication and change management needs and create communication materials.

Competencies

Your profile:

  • You are a bachelor or a master student with an interest in gaining experience in HR and transportation industry.

Skills

You are:

  • Well-organised with strong attention to detail;
  • Have good communication skills and ability to interact with multiple stakeholders in the company;
  • Proactive, able to take initiative and keen to learn;
  • You must be fluent in English – both verbal and written.

Condition of employment

A Bachelor or Master student in 2022-2023.

Please note that we can only consider students who are enrolled at a school for the entire duration of the internship.
