Within the Global HR team, we are looking for a Junior Corporate Recruiter to help our company with the full cycle recruitment support for all our European offices, in line with local HR and business strategy.

The position reports to the Talent Acquisition Manager and will be located in our office in Maastricht.

Job Responsibilities

The position of Junior Corporate Recruiter plays an important role in the recruitment process for operational and tactical positions within our Group. You are the first point of contact for the Hiring Manager, the candidate and/or agency and you will keep all parties informed through regular status updates. Together with the Talent Acquisition Manager you ensure a sustainable growth of the Group in order to achieve the ambitious goals of our strategic business plan.

Your Mission

  • Responsible for the recruitment process from A to Z for specific functions and/or countries;
  • Coordinate with hiring managers and regional HR Business Partners to identify staffing needs;
  • Support hiring managers in defining and selecting the best sourcing channels;
  • Write attractive job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements;
  • Actively approach and select candidates through various online channels;
  • Take steps to ensure positive candidate experience;
  • Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates;
  • Provide information to Hiring Managers regarding market conditions, candidate availability and salary benchmarks;
  • Assist in employee retention and development (mobility interviews…).


Your profile

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as social skills;
  • Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks (LinkedIn, Xing Glassdoor…);
  • Able to work in a fast-moving environment (stress-resistant and flexible);
  • IT literate with Google Suite and/or MS Office suite.



Your profile

  • Preferably a Bachelor degree;
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience (at an agency, in-house or as corporate recruiter);
  • Experience in the tech/digital sector is a big advantage;
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken (Dutch not required);
  • Any other language like French and/or German is highly appreciated.
